WHO AM I AS A TEACHER?
a) My teaching philosophy
taking into account the 6 years of experience working as a teacher, specifically, I will talk about the teaching of the English language, in my opinion, to be successful in teaching this language an integration of elements must be done as adequate resources, to know the themes, to prepare the classes, and most importantly provide students with knowledge that allows them to learn the language in a functional way and not as a list of vocabularies, rules, and expressions.
b) My beliefs about my teaching
I believe that I am a skilled, creative and demanding teacher. I make myself understand easily and achieve to let students learn meaningful learning.
c) What I learned about teaching speech skills
The opportunity to design and develop classes focused on speech skills was an excellent experience. In the same way that my students learned and I could also move forward, I achieved greater fluency and security when speaking in English.
d) What I learned about teaching in online environments
Online teaching is interesting, this modality allows wide use of technological resources that strengthen student learning. I can also say that virtual environments helped me to develop skills, to see new perspectives on teaching and the multiple activities that can be used to develop a theme.
e) My principles on teaching to speak online (in minus 5)
In learning a new language, the ability to speak is, in my opinion, initially the most difficult factor, given that in the everyday context the language is not used, there are no people with whom to exchange ideas or knowledge. However, the virtual modality is an excellent strategy to strengthen the pronunciation, fluency and oral expression of a student.
